  Blogger sued for Defamation and loses!  Sued for Damages of £50,000 and costs in excess of £100,000! Julian "Jules" Saunders of Kings Norton, Birmingham, aka The Sandwell Skidder, is currently embroiled in a defamation case brought against him following untrue and libelous claims regarding a female employee of Sandwell MBC and GMB Union Member.   Blogger called a "Nonce" at Sandwell Election Count! We were alerted to a very strange tweet from "Jules" Saunders, the so called "Sandwell Skidder" from Kings Norton, Birmingham on the day after the Local Elections has ended. He was apparently in attendance with his friend ("but we have different political views") Mr Darryl Magher of whom was standing as a candidate for the Yew Tree and Great Barr council seat. Why would someone tweet the following? We didn't have to wait long before the some of the facts started to come out. We did reach out to "Jules" to find out what happened but unfortunately, "Jules" has so far declined to comment. So, we'll carry on with what we know.
